Took our Sorento in for a battery A/C check(it was not working). Battery was replaced. They told us we needed a new compressor for $700. I was skeptical of the diagnosis so had it evaluated at another rep working). Battery was replaced. They told us we needed a new compressor for $700. I was skeptical of the diagnosis so had it evaluated at another repair facility for $30. They found a loose cable and it's working fine. I requested the $30 back and even went to the State Consumer Protection after their repeated refusals to refund the money. They stated they would have charged us $30 anyway(so they could replace a perfectly fine compressor). They never responded to the State and I never got the $30. BEWARE...this used to be Town Center Kia and they were just as bad. More

This is the first time that I am going to own a new car and I was hesitant at first because I thought all Salesmen will try to lure you into something that you don't need. I was proved wrong the minute I walked into Cobb County Kia. Tony Benge greeted us as soon as we got out from our car. He ask us what we need and introduced us to Elvis Presley. Elvis is a very jolly person that you would be at ease talking and joking around. We told him what we want and he introduced us to Tony Benge which is the BEST and his award will speak for that. Tony ask us what we want and he is not the type of person that sells you cars that you dont need. He really cares of what we WANT. He really listens to our situation and makes suggestions. I trust him right away because I know that he is really honest on what he says. He thoroughly went through all the specs and benefits of the car. After test driving over the weekend, I realized that I really loved the car so we went and closed the deal on Monday. Elvis and Tony were very helpful and considerate of our situation. I found Cobb County Kia great to work with. I had 2 almost new vehicles to trade with the goal of getting down to one, and I was pleased that the deal they offered was actually a little better than the almost new vehicles to trade with the goal of getting down to one, and I was pleased that the deal they offered was actually a little better than the one I had come up with after researching on the internet to see what a reasonable discount could be given on the new car, and using Black book/Blue book to value my trades. Brian gave me a no pressure straight deal, no going back and forth that is so typical of dealers these days. When I got to finance, Ian secured a great rate and was very efficient with the paperwork. No pressure to buy the add ons in finance either. Just an explanation of what each item was, and I made the decision on what to purchase. Title work was done, and payoffs executed quickly and efficiently as well. Kudos to the entire staff for a fantastic experience! Highly recommended! More

Excellent, excellent service!!! I have bought many cars in the past but i had never before had an all-around pleasant experience until I came to Cobb County Kia. They took great care of me from beginning t in the past but i had never before had an all-around pleasant experience until I came to Cobb County Kia. They took great care of me from beginning to end. They gave me a more then fair amount for my trade and handled everything for me. My tag, my registration, my pay-off for my trade and even had all my paperwork prepared before I arrived at the dealership. In the past buying a new car was something i dreaded. Hours spend negociating, lots of time wasted waiting to get all the paperwork done etc. But not this time.... There was no endless time spend in finance and no waiting for the new car to be ready for delivery at Cobb County Kia. I got a full explantion of all the features of my new vehicle and they even connected my cellphone with the new cars Bluetooth for me before I left the dealership. I am very impressed and will make sure I tell all my friends and family to go see Tim Dawson and his team. THANK YOU COBB COUNTY KIA!!!!! More
The experience myself, my husband & son had at Cobb County KIA was excellent!!It started with a simple phone call at which time I spoke with Jason Courie. It was already close to 7:00 pm & they closed at 8:00pm but he told me to come on in anyway. My son & I headed up there & my husband met us there. He took us to the Forte & was very willing to answer any questions we had. Finally after picking a car we went inside to start the paperwork. I thought great here we go time to fight it out to get the price we "need" & knew it was going to take hours...well I was wrong. Jason was able to get us the price we wanted & then before we knew it we were in the office with Ian signing for our new car. Ian was great & was able to get us the extras we wanted like gap insurance & a great interest rate with the credit issues we had & still keep out payments alittle lower then we had wanted! All in all we were in and out of there in around 2 hours from start to finish and it was great! Never any pressure to hurry because we were past closing time. They took just the same amount of time with us as if we were the very fist customer of the day! Would we go there again??? Anyday!!! I came back in the next day to have my car detailed & Jason even took the time to come out & help me link my cell phone to the car & showed me how to use the features in my new Forte! Ian took the time to explain any questions I had on the warrenty & contract & even took the time to sign us up for a payment split every two weeks which will save us in interest & pay us off sooner!! They have earned our business...I will refer them to everyone who will listen. I just want to give them a big "Thank-You"...... More
