I went in knowing I wanted a new Optima. Chris Turner worked out a great deal for me in a timely manner. I got the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, and it didn't take ALL day long. Afterwords, Chris worked out a great deal for me in a timely manner. I got the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, and it didn't take ALL day long. Afterwords, Chris even took me next door and we ate some pizza before I drove off. More
I bought my KIA at this dealership and have had all service work done there, including one recall. The Service Manager and the Service Advisor that I work with have given me excellent service; they hav service work done there, including one recall. The Service Manager and the Service Advisor that I work with have given me excellent service; they have answered my questions and have taken extra time to show me how to better use the features (some undocumented) of my vehicle. The Service Advisor, Ryan, always makes sure that I am pleased with the work done on my car and never fails to thank me for choosing to have Cobb County KIA to the care and maintenance necessary to keep my car performing reliably and well. I am very satisfied. More
Never buy a car from this dealership. The service is awful and they are very shady people. I was told one thing and received nothing at all. I purchased a used car from this dealership and two days la awful and they are very shady people. I was told one thing and received nothing at all. I purchased a used car from this dealership and two days later the compressor went out on the car. My salesman Mike Alowusi told me that they would fix it. When I called to check the status, he wouldn't return my calls. I then went to the sales manager, Dave Owens and he told me that the car was sold as is and there was nothing that they could do about it. I informed him that I was told by Mike Alowusi that they would fix it and he said that that was not true. After many ignored phone calls, Dave Owens informed me that the dealership would refund me my money for the car. After several days passed, on the day that I was to return the car they informed me that I would not be getting a refund. They blamed the broken compressor on the dealership that diagnosed the problem with my car and the fact that the car was a 2004. I will never use this dealership again nor will I refer this dealership to anyone. They are a bunch of shady liars. More
I went to look at and purchase a 2010 Jetta TDI that had 100,000 miles on it. It was listed for sale at $13,000. The check engine light was on and they told me they would not be able to sell it until it got 100,000 miles on it. It was listed for sale at $13,000. The check engine light was on and they told me they would not be able to sell it until it got fixed and could pass an emissions test. After I test drove it they told me that the price would increase from what it was listed as because they had to replace the timing belt and also add in the parts and labor for the check engine light to be fixed. Well, in all actuality, another garage replaced the timing belt, not them. They were trying to raise the price of the car to $15,000 because they saw that I was interested in it. They are CROOKS and will never get my business. More
Took my car here for a detail and service. This is the worst KIA dealership I've been to by far. The price quoted for the part was initially lower than what they charged me. It took two days (2 days i was worst KIA dealership I've been to by far. The price quoted for the part was initially lower than what they charged me. It took two days (2 days i was inconvienced w/ no vehicle) to get the part that shouldve been ordered the week before during an oil change. The detail company that detailed my car screwed up the interior and upon an additional visit to get it repaired (which didn't get repaired). They again kept the car overnight. Supposedly the interior was inspected by the service associate AND the service manager who were "satisfied" with the poor attempt to fix what THEY screwed up. When I demanded to speak to a general manager or owner of the dealership I was brushed off and given more incompetent answers from another associate. Bottom line? DO NOT take your vehicle to this dealer unless you want your car mishandled and the service to be less than mediocre. -shelia Proud owner of a 2011 Kia Sportage More

I would like to be able to recommend this dealer, but I cannot. The initial sales experience was okay. Mo worked with me and negotiated to what I felt was a fair price for the vehicle I purchased, but I wa cannot. The initial sales experience was okay. Mo worked with me and negotiated to what I felt was a fair price for the vehicle I purchased, but I waited a long time to do the paperwork with the Business Manager. My complaint is that my temporary tag expires tomorrow, and I cannot register the car because the title has yet to be processed. This means that, in addition to one fruitless trip I've already made to the tag office and time spent on several phone calls with Daniel to no avail, I will now have to make at least 2 more trips to the tag office to get another temporary tag plus to pay the registration fee when and if they finally get the title processed. At this point I'm beginning to wonder if it will ever happen at all. I've even left 2 messages for the General Manager, and have yet to hear from him. It also seems to me that getting a title processed should be one of the simplest things they have to do, so if they can't even do that, what other weaknesses do they have? I had initially planned to have my Sorento serviced there, but now I will have to find another dealer to do that because I don't trust them. So bottom line on this dealer is that if you are looking for a good deal, you will probably get a good price there, but be prepared to deal with a lot of crap if you need anything from them after you walk out the door. Everything servicewise was great. The only thing bothering me, a senior citizen, was cost. Money is hard to come by for everyone, especially senior citizens. bothering me, a senior citizen, was cost. Money is hard to come by for everyone, especially senior citizens. More
