I was very satisfied with the sweet deal I got on my '13 Optima SXL. It doesn't hurt that the car has a TON of value for what you'd pay. He is a Kia super fan and his enthusiasm for the car was genuine, which I appreciated. He also was very transparent about how he works and was extremely responsive in providing pricing on a specific car in inventory via email (huge time saver). All in, took me 4 hours to do 2 very very extensive test drives and to land on pricing and financing and to get out the door. I was very close to trading in a '11 LX (which i loved) for a Mini Countryman. After testing the '13 SXL, there was no question that I would stick with Kia and Josh made sure I was rewarded for my loyalty. So, cheers, Josh. You hooked a brother up. More

Commissions are credited to the wrong sales people and the manager steals bonuses from his employees, who worked eighty hours a week to feed his family, just to fatten his own wallet. Do your research- check BBB and other reviews online. The bad outweigh the good. Be skeptical of the good- commonly posted by people serving their own interests. Keep driving and spend your hard-earned money somewhere else!!! More

First let me say, we feel good about the price we ended up getting. We do NOT feel at all good about what it took to get to that price. Extremely aggressive behavior took place during the SIX hours we were at the dealership. At the end, we bought a new Optima, and only did so due to how much we liked the car. The two salesmen we dealt with were so dishonest about almost everything they talked to us about. Some of the things they lied about actually had nothing to do with selling us a car! The tactics they use there are very misleading, like the bait and switch games of the past. We have had our car less than a week, and feel great about everything other than the fact that we purchased it from Cobb Kia! We did have one positive experience there. Our finance guy was very straightforward and knowledgeable. Bottom line, be very careful if you choose this dealership, and know there's a good chance you'll come away feeling pretty lousy about the experience. More

Went to inquire into purchase of 2013 Kia soul. I had already spoken with a salesman and was pre approved for financing. I had explained to the salesman what I could afford and what I couldn't afford and already spoken with a salesman and was pre approved for financing. I had explained to the salesman what I could afford and what I couldn't afford and exactly what I wanted. Upon arrival I was greeted my Morris who was very sweet and knowledgeable. As was Eric Martin, whom we also dealt with. I will say these were some of the nicest men I have ever dealt with. After test driving two Souls..we went into the dealership to discuss numbers. After five hrs at the dealership total, we agreed on a deal and shook on it. I then waited for nearly a half hr and was told that we could start the paperwork but would need to finish on Monday. I was fine with that. I waited another hr. Then I was told they didn't want to start the paperwork until Monday. They wanted to shop for a better interest rate. So...I take Monday off of work as I live an hr away. I told them I would be there at noon. At 11:30 I got a call saying "it doesn't look good, they want more down at this point." WHAT ABOUT THE DEAL WE SHOOK ON? I just don't see how you have a deal one minutes and then nothing the next. I just didn't feel valued as a customer. I don't feel as if my time was ever taken into consideration. I do sincerely adore Eric and Morris however, I just with the finance managers cared more for the customers...I wouldn't recommend this dealer based on my experience. I stressed over this a great deal from Saturday evening to Monday morning and was so excited about that car. If I would've known there was no deal to begin with I would've moved on and drank 40's all weekend. But instead I reworked my budget and got my hopes up for nothing. NOT COOL. More
