Best car purchasing experience,period. Went to look at what Kia had to offer and a young gentleman, James Wind asked politely if he could be of assistance. My wife initially thought oh gre Went to look at what Kia had to offer and a young gentleman, James Wind asked politely if he could be of assistance. My wife initially thought oh great a wet behind the ears sales guy that will know little to nothing about the vehicles. James proceeded to ask a few pertinent questions, getting very little response from me just to be a little nonchalant. He patiently showed and test drove 4 different cars that day explaining in detail and showing the many features of each and every car. We were so impressed with not only his knowledge and expertise, but also his genuine excitement of the value of each car. It was a busy day at the dealership, but he never once acted pushy or impatient with our slow decision process. We did select a car to purchase and said we would pick it up on Monday. Sunday came and to my surprise the dealership was open. I called James and selected a different vehicle with more options on it. He didn't skip a beat and prepared everything for us. We came into the dealership and after the purchase of the car, he explained in detail and showed all the features to us. If you go into the dealership, ask for James. You wont be sorry. Oh by the way ask for James Wild--He will tell you the story of that one. More
