On December 22, 2012 I went to Cobb County Kia to purchase a 2013 Kia Sorento for my wife as a Christmas present. I had done my research about the car online, unfortunately I had not done the same on purchase a 2013 Kia Sorento for my wife as a Christmas present. I had done my research about the car online, unfortunately I had not done the same on the dealership. Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted by a sales associate and shown the car that I had researched online. After a quick test drive we sat down to discuss the price, I was quickly informed that the price that is shown online includes several discounts such as military, Coke employee, recent college graduate, owner of a competitor’s car, ext. and I would not qualify for any of these. After a little more negotiation we settled on a price and started filling out the paperwork. As I was signing the last loan document to finalize the sale the sales associates walked in and told me that there was a problem. The dealership had attached the wrong stock number to the car that I test drove and had provided me a price based on a different car! The car they had priced me for had already been sold to another dealership, they told me that the price would now be $3,000 more! To make it even better they took me out to the car to show me how they made the mistake and told me that they had done this several time before and had even sold the wrong car in the past. I informed them that I was not the one who made the mistake and I would not pay one dollar more than the price that we had agreed on, they then informed me that they could not do that. After all of this my wife and I decided to go to Ed Voyles Kia to take one more look at the Sorento, and I am glad that we did. The service there was AMAZING, no issues with the dealership trying to sell the wrong car or hiking the price up on me at the last second. I would caution anybody thinking of going to Cobb County Kia to read the reviews online, I am not the only one with a story to tell, and go to Ed Voyles. More
We purchased a new Kia Sorento from Cobb County Kia last Saturday. We worked with Jim Cetrulo and he was wonderful. Jim was not a pushy salesman. He worked with us to get a very fair price that we were com Saturday. We worked with Jim Cetrulo and he was wonderful. Jim was not a pushy salesman. He worked with us to get a very fair price that we were comfortable with. My husband bargains hard and Jim took it in stride. He is very personable and I highly recommend asking for him when you go in to Cobb County Kia to buy a car. More
I talked to Chris about a week ago on the car lot while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. We talked about 30 minutes and I told him what I would be interested in next for a vehicle. He called me today was waiting for my car to be serviced. We talked about 30 minutes and I told him what I would be interested in next for a vehicle. He called me today and told me about a Pre-Black Friday sale they were having and said he could get me a great price on an Optima. I came in that evening and Chris was very helpful in trying to get us into the payment we were looking for. It wasn't easy, but he fought for us and got us a great deal like he said. He was a very nice guy and will do business with him again. I will be referring people to him. More
I only delt with Joshua White. He was great! We first started to communicate on the internet and cell phone at first. Joshua was so focused on getting me a deal that it finally happend after alsost 2 we started to communicate on the internet and cell phone at first. Joshua was so focused on getting me a deal that it finally happend after alsost 2 weeks of searching what I wanted. The offer beat the other dealerships by over $4000.00. He was very professional, honest, intelligent and knowledgable about the vehicle he sold me. I have never been so impressed by a saleman than Joshua. I know he will be very successful in his job and would think he will be running his ouw team or store in the near future. And I absolutely love my new 2012 Kia Optima. It it the best car I have ever driven Thank You. More

Worst experience ever, the process for the tag took way to long & everyone from the general manager down to sales person kept bouncing the blame back & forth to long & everyone from the general manager down to sales person kept bouncing the blame back & forth More
July 2012, I purchased a 2013 Sorento. the salesman was good, the price was good. However I felt as though i was sold a brand new lemon. from the day I purchased it I complained about a serious rough idle. good, the price was good. However I felt as though i was sold a brand new lemon. from the day I purchased it I complained about a serious rough idle. It took a total of three visits and reporting my experince to Kia headquarters to correct the issue. Chris Caracalas, Svc. Mgr doesn't return calls and doesn't follow up like headquarters recommends. I was informed that one reason he didn't return my calls is because he ordered the wrong part which delayed the repair. Long story, short it was finally recommended the the alternater and tensioner be replaced on the brand new vehicle in order for it to drive smoothely. I reported that i was not getting good gas milelage, soon afterwards i receieved an e-mail indicating that the Kia Co incorrectly reported to customers the MPG you should expect. Now that I look back at it; the manuafacturer, dealer and salesman(David Horne) who no longer works for the company all knew that the vehicles were a peice of crap. I would not recommend the vehicle or the delaer to anyone I care about. The only good experience was working with Lisa King who is vey compassionate and understands the frustartion of the customers and she strives hard to make Kia's wrong, right. My three visits were three to four hours each spent at a dealer on my only day off. This is way too much for anyone to have to endure. More
There was a misunderstanding about the 3 year oil change service. My original sales guy, (not Josh but a new guy) mentioned it was two years and included with the purchase of a new car. However, once I had service. My original sales guy, (not Josh but a new guy) mentioned it was two years and included with the purchase of a new car. However, once I had agreed to a deal and bought the Sorento and was sitting in the finance managers office, the finance manager tells me that it's 3 years and will cost $300. I had already agreed to and cut a check for the amount based on the agreed price. So this oil service became something I was being hit up for now for additional money at the end of the a deal I had shaken hands on. I accepted it as a misunderstanding on my part cause by then I was ready to get out of there. After I protested and argued my case lightly, I caved easily and gave them a check for another $300. But it kind of left a bad taste. Little bit of sucker playing there. More
