Joshua was very friendly and was very easy to communicate to (we spoke on the phone, sent emails, and exchanged texts). I worked with him for 3 weeks while I shopped around for a used vehicle. Cobb County Kia provided the best price for our used Acura - and I shopped all over the southeast. Skip was also great in the financing department and he was very knowledgable and professional. UPDATED - 2/22/13 The price was good for the vehicle we purchased. I was upset that I was mislead on several items by our salesman. They were: 1. Mislead us on how the taxes are computed (before or after downpayment) 2. Promised us a tank of gas and car wash for our existing car. Did not do either one. 3. Promised us a tank of gas for our new car. Did not fill it up. Did not send us a voucher. In the grand scheme of the transaction, the $50 for the gas isn't a big deal. Just a little upset that the dealership's employees didn't keep their word. More

I got a new warranty. Free detail. Free maintenance plan for 3 years, ect, ect, ect. This dealership has made owning a Kia so much better than any car company I have ever purchased from. And, Mr. White went above and beyond the call of duty, to make this all happen. More

I had shopped around the Marietta area... Everything that I wanted was out of my budget. Stopped in Kia ...just to see what they had...the kia soul was to cute and heard great things about it....Lance was my I wanted was out of my budget. I wasn't sure if I could even get a car due to my x-husband ruining my credit.... Tony and Lance worked on the price for 2 days...I feel like Tony really went out of his way to make it happen for me!!! it was a great experience. They worked with me on my trade in and my budget... With a 1000.00 down payment ... Service dept is awesome ..Lisa and Andrew has given awesome customer service! I also work in the retail world. So getting great customer service is very hard to find. So I would like to THANK COBB County KIA!!!! More
Saw an ad on dealer web site for used car. Called and spoke to salesman Donnie H. and asked what he could sell car for and could we come look at it. The price quote was fair and Donnie actually came in on his day off to show us the car. He followed through on what he promised and we were very pleased with him. Staff was pleasant and helpful as well. The one thing that may be viewed as a negative is that they have two fees that they keep out of the negotiation of price. Many dealers either wave these fees or are much less. It’s something that just needs to be considered when negotiating price. You can still get a good deal here. We would buy another car from them. We would also request Donnie as our salesperson. More

I previously wrote a review just 3 weeks ago. In that time we found out the dealership TOOK ADVANTAGE of our ignorance by charging us 3,000.$ for a 50,000 mile warranty(when I called every kia dealer wit time we found out the dealership TOOK ADVANTAGE of our ignorance by charging us 3,000.$ for a 50,000 mile warranty(when I called every kia dealer within 100 miles). Also the 750. Doc fee. But that doesn't take the cake!!!!! WHAT TAKES THE CAKE IS THE DEALERSHIP CALLED 3WEEKS LATER AND SAID WE NEEDED TO SIGN MORE PAPERS OUR FIRST LOAN FELL THROUGH. AND ALL THEY NEEDED WAS A SIGNATURE..NO OTHER PROBLEMS....WHAT A DECEPTION...WE LIVE AN HOUR AWAY ...I CALLED AHEAD TO MAKE SURE THERE WERE NO OTHER PROBLEMS AND WE WERE TOLD NO JUST COME IN SIGN PAPERS AND WE ARE DONE. WE ARRIVE AND SIT DOWN AND ARE TOLD THEY NOW NEED $1000. Down Also we have to take and drive our trade in back home and their. suggestion was "just let it go back to the loan company." I guess so its not their credit. Also the car we saw on the internet I called and asked them to put their hands on it ..did they have it..I was told yes after the hour drive down..the car was mysteriously gone!! I do not beleieve we are the first that have been done this way nor. Will we be the last but at least I have told what I believe are their deceptice practices. the loan company". More

I called and they fixed it... For Free! Each time I go up to the dealership, I'm greeted immediately, most of them even know me by name! Tony Parker gave me a great deal and treats me like royalty. I'll never purchase a car from any place else. On a scale of one to ten, Cobb County Kia rates an eleven! More
