Absolutely Awesome Dealership!!!! I came in today for service on my 2014 Sorento, but ended up buying a 2016 Sedona! I had been looking to upgrade for a little while and noticed one as I came in today for service on my 2014 Sorento, but ended up buying a 2016 Sedona! I had been looking to upgrade for a little while and noticed one as I drove in. Levar recommended Rikkie Vance to help me while I waited. Rikkie found me exactly what I needed for space and with the features I wanted, and all within my price range!!! They also completed all the paperwork very quickly so my husband could drive over on his lunch break and sign all the paperwork!!! They made the process so seamless and their customer service from all departments was outstanding!!! More

From my first con Arianna, Jon, Jeff, Chris Turner, I want to thank you for the seamless buying experience of the Horizon Blue Optima LX Turbo today. From my first contact with Arianna and getting the quote over the phone, talking with Jeff about cost, finalizing the paperwork with Chris, and doing the mannequin challenge with Jon was an excellent experience. I believe we spent about an hour from start to finish, which is amazingly fast. My wife and I have purchased 4 Kia's and the was by far and away the best experience we ever had. Two days prior I spent 2 hours at Kia of Auburn where they tried to pull the wool over my eyes and charge me about $2100 more for the same car, after they told me I was a VIP customer and they would take care of me. They lost my trust, which is why I drove about an hour and forty five minutes to Cobb County Kia. Again, I want to thank you for the great job you did. I truly appreciate your efforts. If/when we decide to trade in/purchase in the future, you will be our first choice. More
