Their sales tactics were shady (to say the least) and their service department was a complete disaster with technicians who were not properly trained and never could fix any issue or complaint. You had to wait two weeks to get an oil change! Then I discovered Cobb County Kia and I have not set foot in any other dealership or service department since I have found them. They are the real deal. They are customer focused. They have tons of dealership and service awards. Cobb County Kia is simply THE BEST! More

Great deal with no pressure. I never expected to buy a Kia. Consumer Reports and Car & Driver rated the Optima very well so I sent in a few requests for quotes via the internet. I never expected to buy a Kia. Consumer Reports and Car & Driver rated the Optima very well so I sent in a few requests for quotes via the internet. I first worked with Jennifer who arranged a meeting with the sales team. They knew I was coming and I started speaking with Brett Froman. Brett took time to understand my needs and was very knowledgeable on the cars they offered. We looked at a Cadenza and an Optima. Brett was able to show me all the features before and during my test drive. He let my wife go for a drive and offered us a 24 extended test drive. This was great because I had an opportunity to test out the features of the car and get comfortable with a v4. In the end, I was very happy with the car and liked how Kia has brought in many of the luxury bells and whistles into a reasonably priced car. Brett brought in his sales manager Jeff to work with me on the price. Jeff really went above and beyond to make the deal work. I really appreciated my experience with Cobb County Kia. I would recommend anyone to speak with them about a car. More
