After having an awful experience at the Lithia Springs Kia Dealership (see review), we thought we would give another Kia Dealership a try. Boy are we glad we did! From the moment we walked in, Leonard Brookes was chill, calm, and laid back. He wasn't pushy and even when I tried to talk about money, because it was on my mind, he said we have time to talk about that no worries. Before we even looked at cars, he went over the different packages, options, and types of Sorentos. After that, he was very cognizant of what we could afford and even talked us out of some high priced items and said why pay $2,000 when you can use your phone for free. At that moment, I truly appreciated what Leonard had to say and didn't feel like he was trying to make money off of us. Next we met Elvis Pressley, yes that's right, Elvis who I believe was the floor manager or sales manager, cannot remember. He was, however, a fellow Tennessee Volunteer and we hit it off right away. He kept checking on us and seeing if our needs were being met. After looking at various cars, we found one we really liked. We test drove it and then met with Chris Turner to get the finances squared away. Chris followed suit and was straight forward, honest, and provided excellent service. But before we left, Leonard made sure we were set up with the eservices, UVO, and other gizmos and gadgets the car offers. Wonderful experience and they won themselves a loyal customer! More
