Great Experience Great buying experience with James. Worked w/him for over a week via phone and text to meet my needs. He met my needs, the numbers were spot on and ne Great buying experience with James. Worked w/him for over a week via phone and text to meet my needs. He met my needs, the numbers were spot on and never changed throughout the process. No pressure at all. He was easy to talk too, and explained everything in great detail. He was knowledgeable and connected on all levels. Mike in finance, was quick, efficient, and didn’t pressure us into buying extra warranties/or packages that we felt we didn’t need. We ended up buying a maintenance package at a great value anyways. Although there was a mishap when detailing the car for delivery, they stripped the paint off the shark fin antenna by “accident”. They are suppose to fix this and it’s been documented, but this carelessness soured the experience at the end. Overall the experience was pleasant, no pressure, no haggle, and everyone was seemingly polite and welcoming. Hopefully the “mishap” will get fixed in due time and my early experience with the service dept will change from soured to happy. Update: I’ve been contacted by mgmt to fix the shark fin antenna. More
