She is a great person all around, with a great, energetic personality. When we left we felt like we had known her for years in just the few short hours that we spent with her. I'll admit we did look at other dealers but we always go back to Cobb County Kia. Everyone involved with the sale of the vehicle is always 100% invested to making the process as smooth as possible. We already do tell everyone who's looking OR not when they see our vehicle GO TO COBB County KIA - they are awesome to deal with. But I have to say out of the sales people so far Ray has been the best one we've dealt with by far!! More
Dishonest listings On December 17th, I contacted the 855 number listed and you get to online sales. I talked with a Shabrelle (Shay) regarding a listing that was on lin On December 17th, I contacted the 855 number listed and you get to online sales. I talked with a Shabrelle (Shay) regarding a listing that was on line. She took down our information and looked up the listing and said they still have and wanted to know if we wanted to come look at it and we said yes and she was going to forward our information and within 5 minutes we received a call back from Chris, a sales representative. All this took place about 7:00 to 7:30 pm. Cris made the statement he was going to go get the truck and have it cleaned up for us and made an appointment for 3:30 the next day. I called Cobb County Kia the next morning around 9:30 to 10:00 and ask him if the truck was still there and he said yes he has it ready and he would he would see us at 3:30. I let Ray know and at 3:00 PM Ray shows up and Cris told him they traded the truck with Toyota next door. Ray went to Toyota and they told him they had not taken a truck from them. This is not good. I manage a community in Acworth and been a business owner in Acworth. And everyone I speak to will know about this. More

False Advertising - Bait and Switch Used at the Dealership I received a mail solicitation offer to purchase my 2005 Kia Amanti for $4,465. It stated : Our managers have been instructed to buy back your vehicl I received a mail solicitation offer to purchase my 2005 Kia Amanti for $4,465. It stated : Our managers have been instructed to buy back your vehicle above market value from October 14th until November 11th. It went on the state: your vehicle's value is booking in a peak trade cycle and we are prepared to make an aggressive offer to purchase it from you, whether your are trading or not." I called and spoke to the receptionist about the offer, the qualify this as a bonafide offer before setting an appointment to bring my vehicle in, travelling quite a distance from my house to the dealership. When I arrived they went thru the formality of appraising the vehicle, then the salesman returned stating the manager (Elvis) was not interested in this vehicle unless I was using it as trade. I asked to speak with him and told him that this form of advertising was not only false but it smacked of Bait and Switch advertising. I asked him if he wanted to reconsider as this is the type of experience that gives consumers concern about the honesty and integrity of Car Dealers, Sales People and the brands that they represent. I will make it a cause of mine to inform as many people as possible and write as many reviews as possible about Cobb County Kia's false advertising practice. Look for other reviews on Edmunds, Kelly Blue Book, Car Guru and others. More
