I think she worked hard to explain everything to me so that I could understand what I needed to know. I am 77 years young, a widow whose husband always took care of our business matters, and Keely made me feel very comfortable in selecting a car to suit me and my needs. When I left the dealership I felt as if I not only met a good car salesperson, but had actually made a new friend. Andrew Lucci, the sales rep, took a real interest in what my needs were and began to immediately search for a vehicle that would meet my interests. He was able to do that with the first car he showed me. I didn't have to look at vehicles that I would not have an interest in. Once the car was selected, he went to work on getting the price and rates that I set - and he met those on the first round of talks. Over the years I have found this dealership to avoid the price games and the up-sizing tactics so many others use. They listen to what you say and work within your parameters. We are both professionals and could have bought a car from just about any dealership, including the luxury-boys... but being a rational buyer; once you compare features, warranties and styling... it is nearly impossible to not take Kia as a serious competitor. In years past, the buying experience may not have been as pleasant as this one; but kudo's should go out to this team at Cobb County Kia for making our experience one that will have us recommending you.... without hesitation!
