Rachel and the others at Jim Ellis Kia took great care of us. The technicians at Kia found and diagnosed the problem and took care of it all under warranty. Rachel kept us informed throughout the process and really took care of us even though we didn't purchase the vehicle from the dealership. We will definitely take our new Kia back for service in the future. More
