Keely and Zak are the best!!!!! I had recently decided it was time to downsize from my mini van into a SUV of some sort. I had been shopping around several dealers and looking at sev I had recently decided it was time to downsize from my mini van into a SUV of some sort. I had been shopping around several dealers and looking at several different models. Thats when I ran into Kia Cobb County and decided I really likes the Sorento but knew nothing about Kia products. I ran into Zak first since we parked on the new vehicle side. He was very warm and graciously walked us over to the pre-owned lot since we knew that was going to be our price range. Thats when we met Keely Kia. I will tell you what... its very rare you meet a car dealer and feel like they are on your side, but I knew immediately that her main concern was for us to have a great experience with Cobb Kia regardless of whether we purchased a car or not. I really did feel like she was working for me! Thats so important when car buying. Zak stuck with us the whole time, testing different cars, figuring out exactly what we wanted. Together they made me realize exactly what I wanted. They worked their magic, got me EXACTLY what I wanted for my trade in and got my payments EXACTLY to where I needed them. I have a feeling this wont be my first car buying experience with them and even plan on having all my services done with them ( I am usually a quick jiffy lube kinda gal) Oh and one more thing....We found out at signing that we were Zaks very first customers at KIA! How exciting is that. Great job. More
