During the vehicle delivery process the staff took their time going over every detail during the signing, financing, and vehicle delivery. They spent nearly 2 hours going over EVERY function and feature of the new car. The personnel are true professionals at every level. Excellence I read some of the reviews on here and they seemed to be mixed so I figured you can't please everyone and gave it a try.
