I only took my Kia to this dealership due to all the recalls on the optima. My past experience at this dealership has not been good. They quoted me repairs that would cost me a few thousand dollars that were not needed. After quoting me such a high estimate for repairs, I had two additional mechanics look at my car. The repairs were not needed. After they said I needed the repairs, I was approached by three people at this dealership suggesting that I trade my car for a newer model considering the expense I was going to have for repairs. I so much only giving 5 star ratings based on this last service. More

Work to Earn Trust Usually, my visits are quick and painless. This one however got off to the wrong start and it took Lavar to keep it from being completely unpleasant. Usually, my visits are quick and painless. This one however got off to the wrong start and it took Lavar to keep it from being completely unpleasant. No one was in the bay when I pulled up to help me. I had to walk in to get assistance. The young lady assigned to me (I forget her name) did not greet me at the time of my appointment. She was called on the pager and did not come. Lavar began the process of helping me. We went over the issues I'd been having and the 45k mile check up that I was early for. Then, Lavar attempted to turn the appointment back over to the young lady who went to call for a ride to the mall. She told me to wait outside at the vehicle and no one came for almost 10 minutes. Finally, while at the mall she calls with several issues and pricing without any explanation. I asked to speak to Lavar and ultimately came back to get information on what was happening. The young lady did not seem particularly knowledgeable. Lavar walked me through everything needed and smoothed out the process and the payment. More
