I was ripped off, and ended up taking it to Kia in Kennesaw where I should have gone in the first place. Happy with all services except alignments. I was pleased with my service advisor (Dianna). She did a good job explaining what my car needed & she's pleasant. I was unhappy to find out my car needed an alignment, and I'd have to pay for another one. I had bought one 5 months ago along with 4 new tires and at other places, there was always a warranty on alignments. This Kia dealership charges $100 with no warranty. I called two other popular tire places and they both not only charged less but also offered warranties. I asked the manager about it & he just kind of shrugged & said sorry. So, I don't recommend anyone get an alignment here, but for all other services, I've had no issues & have liked using them. More

Love the car the process had issues I made a specific appointment time to pick up the car. That was not internally communicated between team members, which led to a 3.5 hour wait at the I made a specific appointment time to pick up the car. That was not internally communicated between team members, which led to a 3.5 hour wait at the dealership. I did this same type of transaction with Jim Ellis Mazda, and was literally out of the dealership within an hour. I was expecting the same experience. I worked with LJ up until the point of arriving at the dealership. Dustin took us over and did as much as he could to get us through the process as quickly as possible. LJ did not communicate our planned pickup time. Mike also did the best he could to get us through having no prior knowledge of our pickup time. I did everything online for financing and had also paid a deposit on the car to Mike a week prior to the car pickup. The final nail in the coffin was the car didn’t even have a full tank of gas when Imdrove it off the lot. That may seem like a small thing, but to me it just underscores the dealerships lack of attention to detail. More

Trying to get the intake hose taken care of . . . again. We set up another appointment to get the air intake hose replaced. Again. Only managed to replace a pair of indicator lights for $140. This has to be the second or third time this has happened. I believe I'm going to get the hose fixed elsewhere. More
