He did not tell me until after I had waited 45 minutes, or I would have asked for the rotation. I am not feeling good about rotating them for the first time at 12K-13K miles. We have never waited that long (or if we did, we regretted it). More
Great Buying Experience on All Counts I handled the purchase from this dealership of a fully loaded 2019 KIA EX SPORTAGE for my sister-in-law, who lives in the Atlanta area. After she had I handled the purchase from this dealership of a fully loaded 2019 KIA EX SPORTAGE for my sister-in-law, who lives in the Atlanta area. After she had seen and test drove the car of her choice and met with several of the sales people at this dealership, my sister-in-law contacted me to handle the negotiations and finalize the purchase price by telephone. My sister-in-law and I had gone through that process with several other Kia dealers in the Atlanta area, and I was not happy with the results. My interactions by telephone with Jimmy Hendricks and his manager, Israel Simmons, at this dealership were very pleasant, and we arrived at an agreeable price with no backpedaling or last minute add-on charges. The entire transaction was completed within a day or two of our first contact with the dealership. I am really high on this dealership and would consider purchasing my next Kia Optima from this dealer, even though it would require me to travel to Atlanta from the Washington, DC area. More

Quite a bit more issues with the "CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED" however. So what does CERTIFIED PRE- OWNED really mean other than a more expensive price tag?? We are still trying to find the real answer to that question! On this last encounter with your SERVICE DEPARTMENT, the manager seemed to be more than annoyed that one of our two vehicles was back again. He had to be reminded that every previous visit and the current visit was valid and no fault of ours. We are certainly not visiting your Service Department for fun or for our health. Did we leave satisfied - "NO". In all fairness, the other department managers, and the general manager have tried to correct each problem to our satisfaction. A major concern would be that the problems have been, and continue to be too numerous. Double purchases = multiple problems! More
