There’s one person that wasn’t as helpful,but I won’t get into explaining it. These two people I mentioned were awesome 👏🏿 and the other person could learn a thing or two about customer service. Overall the experience was great 👍🏾 and I recommend this KIA dealership in Kennesaw. They definitely have myself and my wife as customers for life. More

Service Request The service I received once I got the appointment was great. Getting the appointment on the other hand was incredibly difficult. I left two messages which were never returned and finally got your appointment lady on the phone on the third call. However, she was not able to locate me in the system for several minutes. I guess the previous owner’s system did not transfer because this was never an issue in the past. More
