Overall frustraions I don't know if I should completely criticize the overall service department. Some of my frustrations come from multiple recalls that I've had to dea I don't know if I should completely criticize the overall service department. Some of my frustrations come from multiple recalls that I've had to deal with. Back in May, the key fob stopped working. Upon paying over $100 to fix the fob, the front, driver's door won't unlock. Had to replace a headlight along with a running light and license plate lights around the same time. Now, more running lights are out. Last month, my wife had to go in for another recall on a fuel line. The wait was very long then they discovered an air intake cover was broken. They took the time to install the wrong one. Now, we have to come back and get the right cover installed . . .along with the running lights . . . and maybe see if the front driver door will ever unlock with the key fob. It's to the point that I look at the car and become sad. The thought of going back to the dealership fills me with dread, but what do you do. More

New car will not pass inspection It seems when a recall was performed the emissions readiness did not reset. The first time in the tech told me to drive the car for 200 plus miles and It seems when a recall was performed the emissions readiness did not reset. The first time in the tech told me to drive the car for 200 plus miles and bring it back. When I brought it back he (Robbie) said it was good to go for emissions inspection where it failed AGAIN. I left a message for Robbie telling him I was going to perform another drive cycle and would return to see if the reset had worked. I did not get a call back. More
