Works Well With Customers I was looking for a newer model Kia Soul and found one with the right package and color at Jim Ellis Kia. The salesman (Tracy McFadden) did a great I was looking for a newer model Kia Soul and found one with the right package and color at Jim Ellis Kia. The salesman (Tracy McFadden) did a great job showing us the car and the options available. He spent a lot of time with us just to work out a good deal. My only complaint was with Jim Ellis's dealer options package that totaled nearly $1800. In addition Jim Ellis wanted $600 on top of these options for a "Dealer Service Charge." It was never explained what this extra charge covered. When I complained about this fee, I was told that "everyone has to pay it here." However, most of these extra fees can be negotiated out of a deal. Jim Ellis Kia has a solid inventory of vehicles and will definitely work with you on pricing. More
