Standard Service Came in with a typical oil change service. I was a few minutes late and was still met with a smile at the door. Service was fast. A technician came out to inform me that my air filters needed replacing. Showed me my actual filters. He was correct, however I chose to decline the service. I memorized the look and condition of the air filters the technician showed me. I was curious if I had been shown some random filters just so they could get more money out of me. I went home and changed them myself. They were in fact the same filters the technician had shown me. So I can trust them a little more now. 😁 Lavar was nice enough to show me one of the new Kia Tellurides even though I told him I’m not ready to purchase a new car yet. He answered my questions. Gave me some advice on my current car situation. His advice was honest and truthful. He will be the guy who helps me purchase my next Kia for sure. 😁 More

This was my first 5,000 mile oil change. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Our only disappointment was that others were offered brand switch discounts, but we were declined. We were told our two Infiniti cars were too old to qualify as 2011 and 2005 models. Quite a shame since we were clearly an Infiniti family who appreciated the long service the cats gave us. We have already cautioned other interested friends that switching model loyalty runs out after 6 years for Kia sales. I don’t remember the name of the manager that turned us down More
