Not a typical Kia owner I’ve known the service manager Chris Ford since he was at Curry Honda. I’ve followed him to Kia (Although I don’t drive a Kia) because of one reason. soul ev The service was more than I expected. Even with losing their Ev specialist they got another one in fast to finish my soul in I think record time. Th The service was more than I expected. Even with losing their Ev specialist they got another one in fast to finish my soul in I think record time. The big battery needed changing 4 years old got only 40 miles to a full charge. They ordered the battery and installed it all in 3 weeks. I now get 130 miles to the charge, WHOOPY! The crew checking me out was fast and fantastic knowing I has to drive 112 miles back to Chattanooga, TN they made sure I had water and snacks. to munch on the way. And most of all coffee. And all under warranty. Thank you. More
