But I was still left with Diane, who has always been a pleasure. We bonded on her past experience in dental offices (her past profession). This time at the dealership because of the pandemic they were obviously short staffed, so my wait was longer than normal. No worries, I was willing to wait. I love how kind and accommodating everybody was. Diane is always full of energy and extremely helpful. The only two things that I would say that I would change, and this is not going to affect the overall 5 stars, is the young lady that is the receptionist in the showroom area. If you are not feeling well, INCLUDING allergies. Stay home! We are in the middle of a pandemic and sneezing and coughing at the front desk may not be the most welcoming thing. She actually had someone ask her about it. The customer even expressed that she had respiratory issues and could not get sick. Understandable during this time. Also, when I first got to the office I walked in on (I think his name is Josh) barking orders at the staff from across the room. The more professional thing to do is to ask the employee to come to where he is and speak with them in softer tones. I do not need to know the stress levels and that they are short staffed. Seemed a little unprofessional to be and abrasive. Other than that everyone was nice and kind. Camille was nice too. Thanks! More

Everyone was so attentive to what we wanted; they really listened and searched for the best options for us. Zee, our initial contact, was simply wonderful. She was patient, helpful, and had a second sense about what we were looking for and how to get us there. Our next contact, Mike, did something that is highly unusual when buying a car these days: he made us feel like he genuinely wanted the financial details to work out for us. We kept waiting for the catch, but things only got better. Greg, our final contact, delivered our car, and the all the necessary paperwork, all the way down to Macon, arriving in our driveway with our new car that looked even better than we thought possible. Surprising enough, he even seemed to be as excited about handing the car over to us as we were so pleased to see our sparkling new Kia right before our eyes. He made the paperwork easy, exercised proper social distancing when showing off all of the car's outstanding features, smiled and left us feeling like we were on top of the world. We just couldn't wait to jump in our new car and wander around, Without a doubt, Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw provided us the best car experience we have ever had, ever!
