From the moment I walked through the door until my wife's car was ready, Chris was awesome. I inquired about a few issues, such as the tire that dry rotted. I inquired about her car's acceleration and someti car was ready, Chris was awesome. I inquired about a few issues, such as the tire that dry rotted. I inquired about her car's acceleration and sometimes the feel of a lag between pushing the pedal and car accelerating. He explained to me about the engine type and how the power is distributed and a possible reason for the lag feeling. Chris also checked up on me while I waited, and he explained all work prior to me approving it. I would like for him to assist me this week when I bring my car in for service if possible. (Saturday May 3rd 8am appointment) More
