Responsive and pricing is good....almost. I contacted them about a 2019 KIA Soul EV they have. They advertised a very good price on the car, so I had them work up some lease numbers. They were higher than the other dealer I was working with, so I wanted to see a breakdown. $1295 Jim Ellis Package, which includes window tint (not legal in my state), exterior and interior protection. Seeing I am 4 hours away from them, this package is worthless to me. Then the $699 doc fee. So that added $2,000 back onto the price of the car. No wonder the lease number did not add up to what the other dealer quoted. If you do not mind paying for things you do not want and high doc fees, then they are very good to deal with, albeit a bit lazy. No phones, all by text. That is VERY unprofessional and lacks the personal touch. More

They also took care of a recall that hadn't been done. I would have liked to have spoken to a service tech about the car when we picked it up, but didn't get to do that. That is our only complaint. We were very pleased with the care they took in this time of covid-19. More

We only use Jim Ellis for the remainder of our K900 maintenance contract. I brought out Soul in a couple of weeks ago and the service person said it expired 3 months prior. I asked about this happening maintenance contract. I brought out Soul in a couple of weeks ago and the service person said it expired 3 months prior. I asked about this happening in the middle of a pandemic but that made no difference, I still got charged $80 for oil change. The only reason we still use service is because Diana Bell takes care of us. My three rating is for the dealership overall. I rate Diana a 5 every time. She is that good. More
