Service department I went to see if my oil needed changed as there was no sticker on window to advise of next service. While being checked in by service writer, there w I went to see if my oil needed changed as there was no sticker on window to advise of next service. While being checked in by service writer, there was a technician that came and interrupted the service writer and myself about needing parts paper that wasn’t attached to his repair order. He wanted the writer to stop what she was doing to get the parts list, writer told him she would help him once she was finished with me, that didn’t make him happy so he went to what I think was service manager, she came out asking her where that parts list was. REALLY? Didn’t need oil change but needed a brake light changed. I’m very upset that I the customer was interrupted so many times, also that the time I spent to get bulb changed was over and hour because of these interruptions. Where is customer comes first??? Technician was rude for causing interruption, then this other lady. This was my second contact with your service department. The technician should NEVER interrupt a customer! The service writer was doing her best to help me by telling technician she would handle issue once she was done with me. Then another technician came in with a problem...this is the worst service I’ve received from any dealership! More

It took an eternity to simply make an appt!! About 1.5 weeks. Left a couple messages for someone to call me back to schedule and no one ever did- would give 1 star only for that. however, once I was final weeks. Awesome experience! After having my car towed in, it turned out that I needed a new engine (which was covered under the warranty. My service rep was Diane Bell. She let me know right away that my engine had to be replaced and immediately set me up with a car rental. The car now drives as good as the first day I bought it. Between Kia's warranty and the service I received from Jim Ellis, Kia will always be my first choice when purchasing another vehicle. More
