TJ sold us our Hyundai Tucson Hybrid and he really is a great salesman! Of all the different dealerships we went to for our car search, TJ was the most patient and took time to answer all our questions. He great salesman! This dealership, and Kevin in particular, wasted my time. They said they could manage a virtual purchase and an out of state titling, but they ultimately couldn’t. The worst for customer car service! 3 hour wait time for a xxxx oil change that I made with an appointment that takes 3 weeks to even get in the first place.
