Stopped into Jim Ellis and as luck would have it Aaron Jackson worked with me to find the best fit. During my visit Aaron listened to my needs and what I was looking to achieve. He searched his inventory and presented an option, I ultimately purchased. Sam Patel, F&I was another pleasure. Overall, I hate the car buying experience. Typically purchasing a luxury car is a less pushy experience; the other Hyundai/Genesis dealers treated me like I was buying a base model Accent, Aaron and Sam at Jim Ellis were able to understand the difference; the other two Hyundai/Genesis dealers in Metro Atlanta visited, not so much. Overall very pleased with experience; both in ease and transparency. More

He was NOT PUSHY, but strictly informative! The only single issue was on US, because we had our credit frozen and forgot the PIN to unfreeze it so we could purchase the vehicle... If not for that hiccup we would have been in and out with our new Hyundai Genesis in less than one and one half hours upon arrival! The vehicle was meticulously cleaned and fueled-up then Saban assisted us with transferring belongings between our trade-in and new car then we all sat in the new vehicle to insure that we were "very" familiar with the basics of operations and safety of our new vehicle! Top FIVE BEST experiences ever in buying a car! More
