John. After researching your file it seems you purchased the vehicle almost a year ago on 4/5/2018. The original tires on the vehicle were new and you wanted to have Michelin tires. You agreed to switch tires from the tires that were on the vehicle to Michelin tires that were at or above Hyundai Certification standards. All of this was done in good faith of insuring a positive customer experience. We would expect tires to wear after almost a year of driving.
