Very Pleasant experience I visited Jim Ellis Genesis in Atlanta on May 25th where I met Darrow Moore (pre-owned sales manager). I wanted to test drive a 2017 Genesis G90. The I visited Jim Ellis Genesis in Atlanta on May 25th where I met Darrow Moore (pre-owned sales manager). I wanted to test drive a 2017 Genesis G90. The car was not on the premises and Darrow went with a co-worker to bring the car. I took the test drive and was impressed by the car. Actually I was late bringing the car back past 6 pm when Darrow should have left. I sat down with him and explained that I liked the car but I am interested in a one with light interior. He took my contact information and promised to let me know if a car with my specs shows up. On the following Monday Darrow followed up with a text message introducing him self and thanking me for stopping by the dealership and test drive a G90 and ask if text messages is my best way to communicate. To my luck 5 days later on June 1st he text me that he got a G90 with a light interior. I start asking questions about the car, photos, carfax, if it will be certified. Darrow answered all my questions in a timely manner. I had an appointment Saturday the 6th to see the car at 11:30 am. I arrived to the dealer with a friend and we test drove the car and then sat with Darrow and quickly come to an agreement on the price. The car has some cosmetic issues that Darrow promised to take car of it. He said that since I lived 2 hours away from the dealer they will drop the car to my house. I was surprised for such an offer. Then I met the Business manager "Sam Patel" which is a very nice person. I was planning to pay cash for the car and finance it through my credit union but Sam managed to get me a much lower rates for the same loan duration. I end up financing the car through them and also I bought a service contract to extend the CPO warranty to a full coverage for 10 years 120,000 miles. The following Monday I called Darrow asking about accessories for the G90 and he directed me to the web site where I coshed mud guards and I called him and he arranged for it to be installed. At the same time I had multiple communications with Sam regarding some inquiries about the service contract. He responded to all my questions and email me the required documents. On Wednesday June the 3rd two Gentlemen from the dealer stop by my house an delivered the car . I was very impressed by such service. I am so happy with the whole experience that went flawlessly and very greatful to Darrow, Sam and the 2 gentlemen who brought the car to me. More

Excited about my 2020 Sonata Limited My experience started questioning the ratings the dealer has. The first sales person was new and was not as responsive as I expected. I also had an issue calling in trying to getting in touch with the sales person or a new sales person. The operator kept transferring me to service when i said I wanted sales and she repeated it, or to a salespersons voice mail, and when I told her I just wanted to talk to a salesperson that was available (8 calls). She said she would and then hung up on me. I finally got in touch with a sales person that I saw on line. He was off for the day but took my call and was very responsive. We set my next appointment and he was ready for me with the car I wanted to drive , was patience with me and my choices making sure I drove all the cars I was interested in to make sure I was happy with my final choice. He was ready to negotiate the deal for me and we closed it up that day. The dealership made a mistake in our negotiation but stuck to the deal we struck. WOW is all I can say! I was in the market of a SUV for about a year when I came across the 2020 Santa Fe. Never having owned a Hyundai I was a little unsure of my choice. He was very patient and understanding with me seeing how I must have changed my mind a million times. When I finally decided to make that purchase, he met me there (on his day off) to walk me through everything. When it came time to for all the fun of paperwork HauB made that a breeze. Everyone was wonderful~ I can honestly say it was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership and being totally excited and in love with my car helps too!!
