While inventory is limited at this time I was able to find a great little car, the Kona, and did purchase one. I wasn’t pushed into a test drive before we even talked. By the time we did a test drive I felt like I understood the car a little bit and what I could be looking at while I drove. He was very knowledgeable about the new technology and the different features of the car. The finance department also was extremely professional and very very pleasant to work with. Sam went over all the details to be sure I understood them and offered me all of the extra packages. I wasn’t pushed into them and my opinion was excepted. While I was waiting I could see that other staff operated the same way. I would definitely recommend and expect the dealership and Chuck to offer everyone the same great and pleasant service. More
