My positive experience started when I called the Jim Ellis dealership and spoke with Mylesha Lee, Client Communications Manager. Again, professional and personable throughout the entire sales process. I never felt pressured during this deal. Most importantly, he didn't try to sell me a vehicle and he was knowledgeable of the one I showed interest. He "listened" to my requirements and put a plan in place to accommodate them. I waited a couple of months for my car to arrive (due to supply and demand) despite calls from other dealerships -- simply because of the interaction I had with Darrow. He followed up with me to let me know when the car was scheduled to arrive, so that I could be prepared. Car buying can be stressful and tedious; however, this was not the case. Would I recommend working with Darrow? Absolutely! Even going through the financial portion was pleasant. Andy Hwang was also professional and patient, yet he showed a sense of urgency in closing out the financial portion of this process. I appreciated his being respectful of my time.
