If you enjoy long waits and rude service advisers, you will love Jim Ellis Hyundai. My service adviser (I'm not sure why he has this title as I assume that you have to offer advise in order to be called will love Jim Ellis Hyundai. My service adviser (I'm not sure why he has this title as I assume that you have to offer advise in order to be called an adviser) was W. Taylor. His attitude is just horrible. He is curt, impatient and rude. The truly sad part is that in this climate of labor shortages, people like Mr. Taylor will continue to have employment opportunities because they are able to fog a mirror. I spoke to the service manger, Quincy about Mr. Taylor's shortcomings, but nothing will happen. My car was at the service department for 12 days for a service that takes less than 10 minutes. The best part is that the service department never once returned my call in almost two weeks. Again, if you enjoy frustration, incompetence and rude behavior, please take your car to Jim Ellis. More
