I was introduced to Lucian Brener who handled the sale. After driving the car, I decided to purchase it. When everything was done Lucian sold me the car for less than the asking price without any negotiating what so ever. He was very fair with my trade in value and was doing everything he could do to make sure I was happy. I got to say, this was the best buying experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Wow Karl is the man!!! I just wanted to take a moment and thank Karl Jiram of Jim Ellis Hyundai. He handled my internet purchase textbook like. I contacted 5 other dealers a I just wanted to take a moment and thank Karl Jiram of Jim Ellis Hyundai. He handled my internet purchase textbook like. I contacted 5 other dealers and Karl went above and beyond my expectations of a used car purchase. After answering all my questions in a timely manner the delivery went faster than I could have imagined. I had my financing all worked out before I got there and they got me a better interest rate by .75% and had me in and out in less than an hour. After taking delivery I had an issue with a tire pressure sensor the next day. I was upset at first but Karl took care of everything and had me out of service in about 45 min. I have never been as impressed with a individual salesperson or dealership as I have with Karl and Jim Ellis Hyundai. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car!!!
