Being here, done that, coming back! I originally purchased a 2014 Hyundai Veloster R-Spec from Jim Ellis, it was a great car and everything at the dealership was done correctly and they I originally purchased a 2014 Hyundai Veloster R-Spec from Jim Ellis, it was a great car and everything at the dealership was done correctly and they definitely went the extra mile, because of the rarity of the car they allowed me to stay extra late at the dealership just so that I could have my car that day. Sadly that vehicle was totaled, but I immediately came back to Jim Ellis for my second Hyundai, this time a 2015 Hyundai Sonata, and again experience was amazing. Spencer (my salesman) and his team were great, straightforward with you and "Albie" (my finance man) was also amazing, I'd recommend both of them to anyone and the dealership in general to anybody that wants a Hyundai (who doesn't!?) Walked in nervous, drove out elated 54 years old and I had never, repeat, never purchased a car off a lot in my life. My worries were completely unfounded.
