Thumbs Up Marcus did a great job and Jim Ellis Hyundai have been the best Atlanta Hyundai dealer in my experience. My only qualm as a repeat Jim Ellis customer Marcus did a great job and Jim Ellis Hyundai have been the best Atlanta Hyundai dealer in my experience. My only qualm as a repeat Jim Ellis customer is the Service department. Charlie can have a rude tone and the customer service in the Service department does not match the customer service provided by other parts of the dealership. More

My salesman, Lucian, was so friendly and pleasant and really seemed to want to help me find what fit my needs and within my budget. I made multiple trips to look at the options, and Lucian never made me feel rushed or pressured. Quite the opposite, he was friendly and patient and helpful.. I actually feel like we made a friend !
