My salesman, Lucian, was so f I was pleasantly suprised by my used car buying experience at Jim Ellis Hyundai. I dreaded having to look for a car. My salesman, Lucian, was so friendly and pleasant and really seemed to want to help me find what fit my needs and within my budget. I made multiple trips to look at the options, and Lucian never made me feel rushed or pressured. Quite the opposite, he was friendly and patient and helpful.. I actually feel like we made a friend !
