My sales contact, Sam Patel, greeted me upon my entering the dealership with a genuine and personable smile which set the tone for a wonderful car buy My sales contact, Sam Patel, greeted me upon my entering the dealership with a genuine and personable smile which set the tone for a wonderful car buying experience. His title should be Relationship Manager because he thoughtfully and completely managed my relationship with Jim Ellis. Sam's title is Team Leader - A title which fits him very well. I visited the location quite a few times looking for the "right vehicle" and on one occasion, Sam was busy with another customer so he connected me with another member of the sales team, Tai C., who was also very personable and extremely knowledgeable. Tai jumped in and was able to assist me with a test drive, answered my questions and provided me with supplemental information that helped me finalize my decision on which model to purchase. Working with Tai C. was just like working with Sam. Their knowledge and professionalism are exceptional! Now it was time to close the deal with the "hard core finance guys". My auto purchase did not include a "hard core finance guy!" I was paired with Mr. Hau-B Cao who is about as far from your typical finance contact as you can ever imagine. He talked numbers, finance rates, and warranties. He candidly and patiently explained the positives and negatives of my finance options and rates. He also went into detail explaining the warranty options. He was never pushy nor did he steer me in the direction of opting for the highest plans. He simply provided the information, gave real life examples and answered all of my questions. All of these gentlemen exhibited knowledge, patience and professionalism unmatched by any person at other Atlanta area dealerships. I strongly suggest to anyone interested in buying a vehicle to visit Jim Ellis Hyundai on Peachtree Blvd. and talk with Sam, Tai or Hau-B. Brian L. More

It was under warranty so I arrived w The day after I purchased my Hyundai Genesis, I hit an infamous Atlanta pothole, which resulted in a blown tire. It was under warranty so I arrived when the service department opened on Saturday morning. Although I did not have an appointment and was very frustrated, Mr. A.G. Elder exercised patience and professionalism and worked me in to have my care serviced. He arranged to have the tire brought in from another location, had the tire mounted and balanced and completed an alignment in a relatively short amount of time. He and the other advisors kept me apprised of the work being done. Mr. Elder is a very knowledgeable and genuine service provider. More
