A Great Sales Person and Great Product Made the Difference Marcus did a great job selling me on the Genesis. I must admit I liked the way they looked but was really looking at a Jaguar and an Audi. Without m Marcus did a great job selling me on the Genesis. I must admit I liked the way they looked but was really looking at a Jaguar and an Audi. Without much pressure he asked what I liked about those brands and without tearing them down he just showed what I could get with the Genesis. When we talked about my needs, Marcus knocked it out of the park with an AWD model, all weather floor mats and lane assist for the long road trips (I never even knew I wanted Lane Assist.) Adding to that, on the day I needed to pick up the car, I told him that I only had 1 hr and really did not have time for the normal song and dance. I was in and out in 56 minutes. Naturally the Genesis is an outstanding product. However, it took a great salesperson to convince me to walk away from the Mercedes I traded in, the Audi I thought I wanted and the Jaguar I thought I needed. I love the car. More
