R-E-S-P-E-C-T I too, like most people DESPISE going to the car dealership !. My lease was to expire in 3 days, and I'd decided to purchase my Elantra. Originally I went into the dealership just to start the car shopping process but Lawerence provided me with a great deal and a car that I love. He was very professional and helped me through this buying process. Lawerence did not pressure me when I left the dealership to confirm that I was making the right decision. When I came back later that day he was helpful and made the purchase an easy process. HauB handled the financing of the car. HauB was great when I had a question the next day after purchasing my car. I was confused about some of the information on the paperwork and he walked me through again to make sure I completely understood everything. A.G. Elder was the first person to introduce me to the great service at Jim Ellis. I brought my first car (a Hyundai Accent) that I had previously purchased in Illinois for service. A.G. worked with me pricing-wise so I could get my car serviced. It was a great way to gain my trust and the next weekend I returned to trade in my car and get a new Jim Ellis Hyundai. More

Great Car Shopping Experience! So professional! I walked into Jim Ellis knowing exactly what car I wanted to see. As luck would have it, I was given Marty Adelman as a sales representative. I hand I walked into Jim Ellis knowing exactly what car I wanted to see. As luck would have it, I was given Marty Adelman as a sales representative. I handed him the printout from the Jim Ellis website for a Certified Pre-owned 2015 Hyundai Genesis Sedan 3.8 with Tech Package and said that I only was interested in seeing this car. Within five minutes, he had produced the car and was giving me a bumper to bumper tour. I already knew the car because of an experience the previous day at another dealership. Marty's expertise and the top notch condition of this car sealed the deal over the previous days experience. My husband Ron and I were so impressed with the effort Marty put into getting me into this car. Marty spent a lot of time explaining all of the equipment on the car as well as synching my phone with the blue tooth. We received a followup call to see if we were happy with the car once we got it home. I had a couple of minor issues and he promptly made arrangements to handle them. I will highly recommend Marty to all my friends and or anyone who admires my beautiful car. Thank you Marty for making an experience I usually dread an outstanding one. More
