Excellent Service Repair after being at another Dealership I had my CPO 2015 Genesis at another dealership (where I purchased) to try to fix my sunroof that was making all kinds of noises. The other dealer co I had my CPO 2015 Genesis at another dealership (where I purchased) to try to fix my sunroof that was making all kinds of noises. The other dealer could not or would not fix and said I had to get Hyundai involved. Hyundai couldn't get the other dealer to call me back so they set up an appointment at Jim Ellis Hyundai. I took the car in, Bruce Vernon the Service Advisor was waiting for me, put me in a loaner car, and I was on my way. Bruce kept me informed of what was happening with the repairs and even found a problem with the windshield that I didn't know I had. Picked up the car today and all is well, no more noises. I will be taking my car to Jim Ellis if I need any further warranty repairs and suggest you do too! More

He has been polite, knowledgeable and courteous in answering all our questions and helping us find a new car. Lucian sold us our Hyundai Santa Fe two years ago that we love and still have. This time we were looking to buy our first convertible. We noticed a few Audi's at the Marietta dealership. Lucian went out of his way to pick the car up and bring it to the Hyundai dealership so we could test drive it. We liked it except it had quite a few miles on it. Just as we were going to put our car search on hold, another Audi A3 became available in Marietta with very low mileage. We viewed the photos and the specs and became very interested. We called Lucian on Saturday and he met us in Marietta to look at it. They were closing at 7pm and it was about 6pm by the time we got there. We took it for a test drive and really liked it. About 3 hours later, we agreed on a price and were leaving the dealership. Lucian stayed with us the entire time. We sat in our new car and Lucian gave us a quick lesson on all the controls. It was a long day but we were driving away with our new car. We feel Lucian went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in the purchase of our car. He made himself available to us and was there every step of the way. This is the second car we have purchased with Lucian. He is a very trustworthy and personable salesperson. I've bought Nissans from the same dealer/same rep local for 20 years. It wasn't an easy decision to buy out of town with an unfamiliar but Darrow made me feel good about this choice. During this process I channeled the standard net sites and stumbled upon Jim Ellis Hyundai. When making a big purchase like a car there are several important attributes.
