Turned away in so many words I had scheduled a time for 7am as always on my day off Friday and was told right off that I will need a ride home due to it was Friday and my car has I had scheduled a time for 7am as always on my day off Friday and was told right off that I will need a ride home due to it was Friday and my car has the engine light on which would have to stay over the weekend just to find out why ,even though I had explain that my car is running hot I have to add Antifreeze and had to call roadside for a jump, and he explains $209 for a new battery ,Then the guy waiting on me says that to test my battery will take 3 hours and to make myself at home well I sat for about ten minutes after feeling uneasy about this info asked for my keys and by 7:50 am Ihad results from Autozone that my battery is good and there is a leak in my radiator but I still need to reschedule for the Budford Georgia location More

3 hours to do an oil change and dented my driver's side door I had an 11:40 a.m. appointment. I came in 40 minutes early as I had a 1p.m. meeting with a non-profit that I just started working part-time with, Geo I had an 11:40 a.m. appointment. I came in 40 minutes early as I had a 1p.m. meeting with a non-profit that I just started working part-time with, Georgia xxxxxxxx Cancer Coalition. My car was ready around 1:15 p.m. It had been washed, but there was a fresh dent in the driver's door. They had someone to remove the dent, but of course that took another 90 minutes. I was so angry, I could not speak, because if I did, it would not have been nice. Oh, everyone was apologetic, but there were no offers of lunch, to take me somewhere to get lunch, or anything. At least the gentleman that checked in my car admitted that he did not see the dent in the car door when he looked over the car when he checked it in. But, I am not a happy camper and would like to know if I can switch my maintenance contract to another dealer. More

Nail In Tire I had low tire pressure (in the 20s) on the back right passenger tire (I noticed it Friday). On Saturday morning, I brought car in to be serviced. Lui I had low tire pressure (in the 20s) on the back right passenger tire (I noticed it Friday). On Saturday morning, I brought car in to be serviced. Luis was the one that "helped" me. I told him that there is possibly a nail in my tire, so if there is can he fix it; if there isn't a nail, then just fill it with air. I waited 15-20 minutes, the porter drove me car back around and I asked him was the car okay, and he said yes. I never spoke to Luis since I first arrived. I went home and I checked my tire and there was a nail in there. I went back up to the dealership and I spoke to another associate that worked there and he stated that if a new tire wasn't covered in your warranty then they couldn't fix it. I'd have to get it patched elsewhere. I left, but I called Chevy and spoke with Lisa. Lisa told me that my tire was covered under the warranty that I had; so, she made me an appointment to get me car serviced on Monday. I arrive Monday and speak with Robert. Robert said that my tire wasn't covered. So, basically I was given the run around. If i never found the nail in my tire and something were to happen, then what??? I would like your techs to be a little bit more thorough next time... More
