Aggressive service provider. the service department informed me my battery was bad I did inform them that I had just replaced the battery and ask to speak to someone in the warra the service department informed me my battery was bad I did inform them that I had just replaced the battery and ask to speak to someone in the warranty department. As my request was at no fault of my own I also requested a loaner vehicle the service provider was rude in my opinion and the process to get the rental with being taken to Enterprise took way too long and was totally inconvenient. then the next day the service provider called me to tell me they hadn't looked at my vehicle but they would look at it and next morning then the following day the service provider called me several times and harassed me and then pretended to call from another number and ask for someone different telling me I must return the car by the close of business asking me what time I get off work where I live all of that is inappropriate if you tell me my car is complete and you haven't found anything wrong with it common sense tells me I need to return the rental by the close of business day without being harassed about where I live where I work and what time I can get there I don't want to keep your rental I wanted my vehicle back and I thought the whole process was rude an inconvenient. More

Service did not identifiy the problem correctly. Parts were replaced that didn't resolve the issue. After 3rd different part replacement attempt and $1400 of "failed to resolve" repair/replacement pa Parts were replaced that didn't resolve the issue. After 3rd different part replacement attempt and $1400 of "failed to resolve" repair/replacement parts, vehicle's problem seems to be fixed.. Final part replacement tried (fuse box relay), seems to have identied to original problem. However it should have been the 1st solution tried. It was a "throw parts at it and guess solutions, approach. Internet identitied the problem originally from other Owners postings. "Chevy SSR cranks but won't start." The problem and solution was right there all along. I mentioned it to the Sevice Adviser up front, who dismissed the value of the internet. More
