Beyond Horrible!!!! My experience here with the Service center has been horrible , so bad that it has actually made me physically sick I have been dealing with the dealer My experience here with the Service center has been horrible , so bad that it has actually made me physically sick I have been dealing with the dealership for 3 months for the same complaint . They returned my vehicle time after time again as if it was fixed. Once even attempting to do a Quick fix, now telling me it's a new issue that I have to pay $695 for plus tax. I now understand why people hate dealing with Service Repairs especially me as a woman. I declined to pay them any more money after I have already given them $2,000 yes I had other issues going on with my vehicle but there was one major complaint that has not been fixed my service rep was nice he's doing his job but the supervisor Brandon Colon I do not care for his attitude at all. After not agreeing to pay the $695 anyone being nice to me that went out the window completely. This dealership says their motto is they treat people like family Wow!!! I was also working with someone in sales to purchase a new truck that has all changed I totally regret ever going to this dealership. More
Awful service I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early, and was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half to complete an oil change. It ended up taking I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early, and was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half to complete an oil change. It ended up taking 3 hours and fifteen minutes before my car was ready, for an oil change! I was not provided with any paperwork or service records upon being checked out. Overall awful experience, and I purchased the car from them new a year ago. I will not be doing any more service work here and would not recommend to anyone else that they work with them either. More

Without organization on the service center I made an appointment for mi car only for oil and filter change and it took more than 2 hours because they did not have the filter.....so what is the I made an appointment for mi car only for oil and filter change and it took more than 2 hours because they did not have the filter.....so what is the reason for make an appointment?? You supposed have to have the parts that you need for the cars because when you schedule the appointment you choose what kind the service your car need. By the way the service agent never gave me any update while I was waiting. I had to asked him 4 times what was going on??? More
