I had to get my car jumped by road side assistance to get it there. I drop it off with a battery issue. I pick it up and IT HAD TO BE JUMPED FOR ME TO LEAVE. Their service department is frustrating to deal with and the cost just to diagnose problems is outrageous. We told them that the heated seat was broken. And they charge us $240 to diagnose it.
