We knew what vehicle we wanted, and the features we desired. They didn't have to "sell us" anything, just listen carefully and then point us in an equally acceptable alternative direction, which for us meant leasing rather than buying. When I wrecked my truck, we hit him up on Facebook to let him know I was looking for a new truck.. I saw the GMC Sierra I got online at the dealership site and called John about it. He made sure it was what I needed, checked to make sure if there was any other options, and worked hard to make sure paperwork and everything went smooth to close the deal. I love my truck! My husband loves his truck! And we will be looking soon for my son a vehicle.. I will definitely be coming back to see John. He listens to what a person wants and needs and finds the happy compromise..if not exactly everything.
