What won us over was not the high pressure tactics of dealer #1, nor the 7-year financing scheme of dealer #2, but the grace and courtesy of Jacob and Melissa. We knew what vehicle we wanted, and the features we desired. They didn't have to "sell us" anything, just listen carefully and then point us in an equally acceptable alternative direction, which for us meant leasing rather than buying.
