It is a great inconvenience to hold someones vehicle for 3 weeks before even looking at it, especially after telling me to bring it in the next day to be diagnosed. We are making payments on these overprice 3 weeks before even looking at it, especially after telling me to bring it in the next day to be diagnosed. We are making payments on these overpriced vehicles that are not dependable, so when a dealer keeps the vehicle sitting in the parking lot instead of scheduling a time when there is an availability, it makes me feel like I have made a bad purchase and then to ask if I want to trade it in, it makes me uncomfortable. This feels like the dealer is more concerned with profits and they are forgetting that these vehicles are used for us to get to work to pay our bills and feed our families. Withholding information from customers is not the way to earn our trust, telling the truth and transparency is what earns my business. I arrived at the dealership with a completely flat tire on my dually to see if I would be treated differently, everyone ignored it even though it was visible on the monitor and alignment report, I even witnessed service advisors air tires up for other customers in front of me. It was never mentioned to me and I left with the tire flat. I recommend that you all treat everyone fair without bias. I am grateful to have the opportunity to speak directly to the service manager but I don't think that will change how the advisor interact with the customers. I only request information regarding to what my warranty will cover and another advisor felt as if he should intervene and state that the information is unknown until the truck is diagnosed. I only wanted for my warranty repair to be completed so that More
