They installed the wrong service part and when I brought it to their attention they told me I ordered the wrong part. I escalated to the parts manager who then told me again I was wrong. I had to pull up my it to their attention they told me I ordered the wrong part. I escalated to the parts manager who then told me again I was wrong. I had to pull up my order and physically show them pictures. After much back and forth it was provided (still installed wrong). I never got an apology from the service manager or any acknowledgement of the resolution. More
