He was never pushy when I backed away, just a friendly and casual check in to see if there was anything else he could do to make our experience better. After much feedback and perseverance from him on the vehicle preparations it was brought up to my standard. It was a surprise for my daughter and he helped us pull it off by checking on my arrival time and ensuring the vehicle was out front, running, and looking absolutely beautiful. Needless to say, she was speechless and overjoyed, and Jalen was a huge part of that.
