Brought my bus here as I always do for service and somehow there is a new person there who typically does not help me with servicing. Retanza was rude and when I asked for clarification she attempted somehow there is a new person there who typically does not help me with servicing. Retanza was rude and when I asked for clarification she attempted to down talk to me when I asked if she could explain to me what the issues were. She proceeded to tell me that the technician said that they cannot work on my vehicle because there was a part that was not a GM part instead of offering to remove that part and put a GM part in the in the bus, they just decided they no longer wanted to work on my vehicle. Luckily Tom who was my previous service advisor was there, he took me to the back to speak with the technician who was just as rude as Retanza was and then basically didn’t wanna give me any information until Tom probed it out of him. Of all service advisors Tom has always helped me but since he’s been moved I don’t se e that happening. Needless to say I was told my bus is too big and they can’t work on it there after being the only service shop I’ve been too for the past 6mo straight. More
