Took the truck in for the transmission leaking and slipping and reverse lights staying on and also an oil change. Truck had 4650 miles on it. Was called and told truck was ready that they changed th slipping and reverse lights staying on and also an oil change. Truck had 4650 miles on it. Was called and told truck was ready that they changed the oil and fixed the transmission but they could not replicate the reverse lights staying on even though the service writer seen it happen. Took receipt of the truck and noticed it has no oil change sticker and the oil life meter was not reset so not even sure the oil got really changed. Transmission is still slipping bad and the reverse light and camera have stayed on 4 times since getting the truck back. I’ve called the service adviser multiple times with no answer. Very upset with the quality of service. More
I had just visited the dealership for service 5,000 miles before this visit. At the previous service my brakes were at 7mm, noted on the service report. This trip they were grinding into my rotors. I find it hard to believe I lost 7mm of break pad on 5,000 miles. I had to buy new rotors. I was also told my brake fluid was dirty and needed to be changed. I had just changed it 5,000 miles ago at previous visit. I asked for my alignment to be done again because after I had it done at my previous visit. It drove worse than before I had the alignment done. Overall a pretty horrid experience. I couldn't speak to a manager because none were on site. What was supposed to be a brake pad change became very expensive because I believe a technician never looked at my brakes before and just noted it at 7mm. I do not plan to come back to Jim Ellis in the future for service needs or to buy another vehicle, which is a shame as I have purchased 2 vehicles from them in the past. More

Cost $500 to replace a headlight and 2 small runner lights next to it. I'm crazy busy with work and 4 kids so I don't have time to shop around for best price but last time I'll use them lights next to it.
