3 1/2 hours for an oil change , ridiculous. I made a 10:30 appointment and said I would be waiting for my vehicle. Two hours go by when I finally find the woman who checked me in she says I’ll I made a 10:30 appointment and said I would be waiting for my vehicle. Two hours go by when I finally find the woman who checked me in she says I’ll go see , my car was still sitting there untouched. 3 1/2 after I arrive my vehicle was done and she says “ isn’t it a wonderful day for the pool” Really?! I wouldn’t know I’ve been here all day and now I’m rushing to work . More
Very accommodating. Took good care of my car and kept it till I could back to pick up, due me having emergency surgery. Loan was in contact with me and kept me informed as to what the car needed and did everything she could to keep my cost down. She searched my extended warranty and got me a great deal on my new battery. She advised me well on things I need to plan to have done. Thanks!! More
The customer service is great. The quality is also good. But the time it takes to check in is too long and the time in the shop is also too long. I made an appointment to have my oil changed and my tires rotated at 9 o’clock and it was 11:30 to 11:45 by the time I got out. If I was a walk in, I could understand having to wait that long. But I scheduled more than a week in advance. I had an appointment. I should not have to wait that long for just an oil change and tire rotation. And this is not a one time experience. The last two times I went in for regular maintenance which ended up being just an oil change, it took approximately the same amount of time if not longer. They consistently take way too long. If I didn’t have an extended six-year warranty with the dealership, I would be finding someplace else to go. More
